Optional cloud add-on

Manage multiple Facenox desktops from one place.

Facenox Cloud gives teams one place to connect desktops, check device status, and review shared reports. Face matching and biometric processing still stay on the desktop app.

Desktop first

Cloud does not replace the local workflow.

Recognition, consent checks, attendance capture, and biometric storage stay on the desktop where people actually use Facenox.

What Cloud adds

Shared reports and device status.

Connect desktops to a workspace, review sync health, export reports, and track admin changes across your team.

What Cloud does

Shared visibility for teams using Facenox on more than one machine.

Connect devices

Connect Facenox desktops to one workspace

Add desktops to a workspace and assign them to a site without sharing full admin access on every machine.

Device status

See which devices are up to date

Check whether devices are reporting, when the last successful sync arrived, and which ones need attention.

Reports

Review attendance by site and group

See attendance across groups, sessions, and locations without flattening everything into one list.

History

See admin and sync history

Track cloud-side changes and sync events so teams can see what happened and when.

Best fit

Use Cloud when your team needs shared reports and device status.

Cloud starts to matter once attendance needs to span multiple computers, locations, or admin users.

Best fit

More than one desktop or location

Cloud becomes useful once reports and device status need to cover more than one computer or site.

Support

Check devices without being on site

Admins can see whether devices are still reporting without visiting every location in person.

Reporting

Shared reports

Teams that need exports, admin history, and shared views get that without changing how desktop capture works.

Privacy boundary

Cloud is explicit about what it stores and what it does not.

Stays local
  • Biometric templates and raw face data
  • Face matching and recognition decisions
  • Local enrollment workflow and capture pipeline artifacts
Syncs to Cloud
  • Device identity and pairing state
  • Groups, members, attendance records, and sessions
  • Sync run metadata, audit activity, and site-aware reporting data
Pilot flow

Cloud is still in beta, but you can start using it now.

Step 1

Create a workspace

Sign in, create your organization, and set up the first site for your team.

Step 2

Generate a pairing code

Create a short-lived code in Cloud for the site you want to connect next.

Step 3

Paste it into Facenox Desktop

Open Cloud Beta settings in Facenox Desktop, paste the code, and connect. The hosted beta build already knows the default cloud address.

Step 4

Confirm the first sync

Run the first snapshot sync so devices, reports, and sync status start appearing in the workspace.

Access

Join the waitlist if you want help rolling Cloud out across your team.

Facenox Cloud is for teams already using Facenox Desktop and ready to add shared reports, device status, and admin tools across multiple computers.
